Request Association Documents
Both Golden Lakes Homeowners Association and Village Condominium Association at Palm Beach, INC have the Governing Documents posted online. Please click on the Resident Log-in tab on the Home page and you can view and download your Association’s documents at no cost. However, if you need a hard copy of your Governing Documents, you may purchase it from our office. The cost is $50 per set. Currently, we accept only payment by check.
- For the HOA Governing Documents: please make your check payable to: GOLDEN LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC
- For the Village Condominium Governing Documents, please make your check payable to: VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION AT PALM BEACH, INC.
To request a copy of your Association Documents please complete the attached Form and submit it to the office or mail it together with the check.
